Chassis

To retain the special history of each car and to keep registration local, every Type 10 begins with an existing classic Mini chassis that is a Mk3 or later variant.. Structural reinforcements are introduced to the standard Mini chassis to prepare for the increase in power, including an integral tubed rear subframe, low profile door bars, reinforcement panels, and an unobtrusive roll bar. The completed vehicle curb weight is 1750 lbs which, when paired with our drivetrain, allows for delightful acceleration.
